Best investment was shares in Coca-Cola when I worked there.
For every share I purchased (at a discount) they gave me another share free. Combination of this and the share price rising meant I made about £100,000 over 5 years.

I spend too much money on good food & drink.

We would have made about £150k if my ex-wife had listened to me and sold the shares in her company
before the blindingly easy-to-spot from months away dot.com crash.
