On an slowish day, a shift coordinator(that's the person who's actually doing the shop floor running of the ward) will deal with...
...the ward manager, the service manager, two bed managers, the matron, the audit administrator plus christ knows how many monkeys work as deputies/secretaries/cockgobbles for these cunts.
