Good; spent loads of time with my daughter and had an excellent evening with some spastics.

Bad; my foot is still messed up (with hindsight I shouldn't have cut the cast off), so I may have to withdraw from the Great North Run - to painful to train.

Meh; I need to get my website re-done & can't be bothered.

FFS all you have to do is google 'put links in html' and copy/paste the code

How to copy nearly anything people post on b3ta.
1: Find the post number. eg 1968094
2: Edit one of your own posts www.b3ta.com/questions/edit.php?id=1968126
3: Replace the post number in the URL www.b3ta.com/questions/edit.php?id=1968094
4: Kill yourself.

Convoluted?
Why not just click the post icon and copy the URL?
