When it doesn't fix the underlying problem, people start blaming it on another part of their body and get further surgery.
I just don't see it as a solution to a problem, more likely a further symptom. Like I said, it's your nose.

Eg I have a colleague who had a nose job. She says it's the best thing she ever did, because her original schnozz was awful, and now she's much more confident.
