This actually happened at one of our customers. Printed and filed every email sent to him

As I have to send various PO's to different offices around the country, I can't believe people still use fax machines.
EDIT: wow just counted I have access to print at 39 printers

When the fax machines go down it causes all manner of problems to the extent that we have a service to re-route incoming faxes to an email address.
Now, you'd think the sensible thing would be to re-route them permanently, right? So did I. Apparently it's not allowed.

She embraced modern electronic archiving in a most retarded way. She prints out her emails and then scans them back in to the computer and saves them. We have tried to explain how an exchange server backs up all her emails and shown her how to create an email archive. We have even shown her how to print to file but she still prints and scans every email.

We've got one person that has a shit-fit every time her password expires. She physically cannot work out how to do it and blames it on the computer each time. It's getting boring.

and spell it out for them to enter they'll never realise as they'll never actually see it.

This = no PC usage, faxing is high end technology and some still use royal mail for letters that could be wizzed over in seconds
