Sorry Nakers, but he's right.They're either for people whose ties are a health risk yet whose bosses still insist they wear one (meaning they work for a company that treats its staff like disposable resources and are therefore probably an ill-educated knuckledragger) or for people who can't be bothered to tie a proper tie and the less said about them, the better.
