Hiring and firing people is a massive ballache.
No one wants to do it, so they hire in these vacuous bints, who have no other purpose for the rest of their time.
It is rare to come across someone in an HR department who has the first idea about employment law.

It all goes back to the days before they declared war on each other in the 15th century. Before that it was commonly agreed that it was the same language, and was named Romancii, or The Roman Words.
Then they had a falling out, didn't want to have ANYTHING in common, and so Italian and Spanish were born.
