I just floured'n'deep fried some sliced balsamic pickled onion 'cus I saw it on Man V Food and I really wanted to try it.I can't tell you if I like them or not, they're really interesting flavour/texture wise, wouldn't make them again for myself but would for other people if I want to show them something weird.
