I've fixed a mates with this.
Download Malwarebytes Anti Malware, boot in safe mode. Run MBAM, restart. Run MBAM again in 'full' mode and do a full scan.

Possibly worth putting MBAM on a cd instead of a pendrive, just in case it can infect it.
