We've got some cool, gangasta-like lads have moved in across the road from us. They've already had the po-po 'round twice, and now they've taken to playing music very loudly well into the night.

Does the board have any suggestions about how to deal with them? Preferably in a way that won't get me shanked for disrespeckin dem, blud.
