close enough to do that in the female changing rooms, just for the sake of modesty like........
Wait...you weren't hanging out in the female changing rooms again were you?

If it was in the middle of a park with no facilities then fine

She wasn't getting changed, so why the flying fuck would she need to visit the changing facilities?

and I find really fat people uncomfortable to look at in swimming pools, should they also be shut in the changing rooms?
I'm hoping you're not really this stupid.

If you want to do some lefty hand wringing I'm sure you could pick up on something a bit better, or are you really that stupid?
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 13:56, Reply)

and entirely indefensible.

Nobody who indulges in debates on the internet actually shouts at their monitor.
However, the fact remains that you getting all upset at a woman feeding her child in the most natural way possible is an indefensible position to take. You're seeking to justify your revulsion by citing "modesty" and "not making other people feel uncomfortable" when neither of those changes the fact that, like Winders above, it's only about you feeling squeamish and something you should simply accept is your problem and get over.
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 14:02, Reply)

rather than in a public swimming pool.
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 14:05, Reply)

but there is no defensible reason why she should have to do that, other than your squeamishness, which as I've already said, is something you should just accept and move past.

that may calm you down a bit.

he moved to accusing me of being angry and then of shouting at the monitor.
You should know I reserve all my shouting for when you are being particularly stupid. Which is most of the time. Because you're quite stupid.
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 14:28, Reply)

and because you can't accept that other people are entitled to their views, you accuse them of being stupid, or disgusting.
that is all.
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 14:29, Reply)

to point out that his view is entirely indefensible.

if women want to flop blue veiny breast-feeding tits out all over london, cool for them. but not everyone wants to have to look at them.
both are facts.
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 14:36, Reply)

Just saying. I have no problem with boobs at all. If it's got a kid on the end of it, that's cool too. I'm a grown up, you see.
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 14:39, Reply)

i wouldn't do it myself, but i don't care if someone else wants to do it. however, to those who do care, the rights of someone to be able to breastfeed as nature intended versus the rights of someone else not to have saggy blue veined mamms shoved in their eyeline... i can see both points.

If they want to tut and look away, then fine. They cannot reasonably expect people to go off to a changing room to spare their blushes. That's insane.
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 14:44, Reply)

Kindly go and stand in the nearest changing room.

It's like the point is here .
And you're way over here .

i can't see how you can do your job when you can only look at things one way
( , Thu 15 Aug 2013, 15:00, Reply)

I'm sure you realise that everyone has the highest opinion of you, just saying

Actually it was Monty told me to calm down a bit, although that may have been in reference to The Only Gay on /offtopic, to whom I have subsequently apologised.
