Flatbreads and marinated lamb & chicken, basically yer Persian Empire grub. I favour the eastern end of that spectrum because of the spicing but really it's all variants of the same idea.

Worst: Romanian. Stomach-churningly awful.

i read that EE promptly turned off a lot of the orange masts
which explains it. i live in fucking central west london, and i fucking work in the fucking city, about as central as it gets, and i still get no reception anywhere. meanwhile my work bb, which is on o2, has full reception in the middle of nowhere. i can't fucking wait to ditch EE and go on o2, and i'd been with orange for about 15 years. Here is a basic recipe Oven roasting the chilli's tomatoes and the onion adds a new depth of flavour
6 fresh tomatoes, diced
2 medium onions, chopped
4 whole jalapeño peppers, chopped
3/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons red chili flakes

Method:
* Peel the tomatoes by soaking them in boiling water for a minute and stripping the skins
* Add all ingredients into a stockpot and bring to the boil, whilst stirring
* Boil for 15-20 minutes
* Allow the mixture to cool then process with a food blender.
* Return to the heat and gently simmer for 30 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency
