This is what I ended up doing
- Sirloin covered in "Taste Unami #5" and griddled to medium.
- Roasted small tomartos with garlic and chill
- Soratyed potatos with black garlic
- coreggette battons
- mushroom with cheese and breadcrumb topping [the shove in the oven packet thing]
- Blue and Goat Cheese Sauce
- Spinage, Rocket, Watercress, spring onion wilted down.
I was more interested in cooking than eating, had a few bites of everything and everything is really nice.
