I've recently discovered wild rice. Tastes like soil, but weirdly, still nice.

i like that camargue red rice, it's nutty and delicious
but only cook it in a stainless steel pan. if you use a beautiful cream lined le creuset one, it will stay pink FOREVER, as i found out.
