The student pricks that moved in next door had their second party of the week.
I don't give a shit about loud music, that's fair enough. But I would prefer it if they shut the fuck up whilst waiting for their taxi, and again when returning from town.

Next time they have a party
get it raided by the drug squad. They'll soon learn to have them somewhere else.

He lives in Scotchland, I'm sure the drug squad have far more to deal with than a couple of students smoking a joint.

police can't seem to get a grip on it.

haha, they sound like the twatty sort of students that just drink.
Although an all-nighter round mine with MASSIVE DRUGS might have to be in order round exam time to even the balance.

My Uni used to have a small self catering hall on Cromwell Road
just opposite the Science Museum, and next to the French and a couple of other embassies. We were at a party there one evening and some pricks started throwing bottles into the street from a balcony.

So SO19 and some of the diplomatic protection squad turned up. Kicked the door in, sub machine guns, the works.

I tell you what, they never fucking did it again. And their mummies had some very stained underpants to wash.

More of this sort of thing!
It's things like this that can get the public back on the police's side.
