Yes I do love OT. it brings me joy in otherwise crappy work days
Im running out of new ideas for cooking. I try and cook me and the other half something new each week as he isn't too diverse in cuisine.

I still can't master rice 'n' peas, it's better to use cow peas rather than red kindney beans as they don't break up
