I bought a pair of properties about 12 years ago for 33. Coronation Street terraces, needed some work, but sold on for a few quid.
Luckily a housing association had bought up the area, and wanted them.

Nah, wasn't a bad profit.
Didn't need much structural stuff, bit of pointing and damp. mainly decorating.
