Just going to coast along really.
I like to stick with what works.

Possibly buy a house, people keep telling me I should; the only advantage I can see is being able to have a dog and people will shut up about my 'pouring money down the drain' by renting.

the other advantage is that you can put nails in teh walls without some dick telling you off

My landlord is alright with that.
The carpet is a bit fucked and it's mostly our doing from the student days. We offered to replace it with laminate and he said he'll pay for materials if we fit it.

I consider this better than getting arse - fucked over a deposit.
