How come people don't do "pulled" other meats?
Pulled beef
Pulled chicken
Pulled YM

I think it is in relation to how the meat falls apart.
This is why I'm dubious about doing a roast. I don't want shredded beef for a Christmas meal.

It is pulled apart using forks after cooking and before the BBQ sauce is poured on for the last bit
