You can get 12 weeks of counselling support
and all the NRT bits and pieces you need, at the cost of a prescription. If you don't pay for prescriptions, it's all free.

Check out your local NHS website. Bear in mind that from next month, every man jack and his dog will be trying to give up, so getting an appointment may be a bit harder.
