Yet I've just extracted *13* points where they would be admitting contravening the Trading Standards Act and/or their own terms and conditions by not offering me a refund.

DON'T GET AN E65! I've had one for the last few years and it was nothing but rubbish! The software is crappy, it crashes all the time and it's clunky as hell!

Afternoon all
I'm knackered from a busy morning at work and then trekking through the rain. I swear to god if one more person stops in front of me without warning on the tube they've had it. Idiots a plenty in London with mahoosive golf umbrellas for one tiny person.

Have sorted out some boring admin stuff and had cinammon and raisin bagels (yes they are FTW), so going to have a snooze now :)
