You've got askreddit, which is like QOTW, only with less people calling each other pricks. AMA board is pretty popular, they've got a pretty damn good football community there (even if they do call it 'soccer'), they have boards like talesfromtechsupport which helps me to realise that despite the idiots I have to deal with, it could be worse.

Then, for stupider stuff, there is stuff like idiotsfightingthings, wince, dadjokes, fatpeoplestories, etc
