Read a news story about a bloke who forgot about his boat.
£65 grand's worth with the keys just tied to the railings. Stayed there for two years without being nicked before somebody went "er, does anybody own this boat?" and the guy was all like "OMG BOAT LOL"

There is a black merc 4x4 parked down the road from my place which has been sitting there for about two months now
since the dodgy car window tinting business suddenly went tits up and vanished.
Should I report it to the council? It doesn't have a tax disc.
