i don't have a clue how it works
it has eye recognition, this thing where you can wave your hands over the top and it does stuff without contact, i can drag an approximation of a word over the screen and it types it for me... man.

That's called 'swype' and it's one of the best Android features.
That sounds like the Galaxy S4. That's what I've got - it's a pretty nice phone.

When you download some apps you have to be careful to look at the permissions.

There was a Blackberry Enterprise client app I downloaded as an experiment for work.
It said "installing this app will give your BES adminstrator the ability to modify and delete personal data".

The fucking thing gave itself admin rights over your entire phone.
