There are often Spitfires flying around at home where they do a fly *with* a Spitfire 'experience' thing.
I'd only bother to learn to fly if I planned on being one of them slags that smashed into the twin towers.

The 'with' thing would be ok. The problem is there are very few 2 seater Spitfires - (they were training aircraft) so very limited opportunities to actually fly in one now.

The RAF museum isn't far from me - Hendon - took micro a while back. It's excellent.
