Last night I went swimming.
Going to get me all fit and even sexier!

I also started playing gay farming app Hay Day.

Cor!
I do like swimming, preferably in the sea.
I don't know what that other bit means
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:11, Reply)
Gay Day more like!

It uses muscles I have never used before, as cliche as that is.
I was in the unusual position of leaving the pool with some of my arm muscles just warming up and others screaming at me for mercy.
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:14, Reply)
I'm sure I read somewhere that swimming utilises most muscles

(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:16, Reply)
It does, and no impact issues either
Also, front crawl or GTF. Breaststroke should only be used when entertaining a lady
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:18, Reply)
Front crawl is shit and pointless, unless you are racing someone.
And I'm not.
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:19, Reply)
Best for fitness though

(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:20, Reply)
Not good for your back though - twists the spine.

(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:27, Reply)
It really helped my back when I used to swim all the time

(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:29, Reply)
Good for muscular, not for skeletal.

My girlfriend suggested breastroke when I got tired.
I quite rightly laughed her off. I may be as weak as a kitten, but I am still a man, dammit. Of course, she then went on to do two further lengths than I did using front crawl.

Man points docked.

Most of my exercise in my life thus far has been lifting related.
So, such as they pathetically are, my biceps, forearms and shoulders are best developed. On the other hand, I thought I'd snapped a tricep the way it hurt last night.
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:18, Reply)
Run tonight for me
Not sure how far to go though as I have a 5k on Saturday morning. Probably 8-10k
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:11, Reply)
I'm doing a London-Cambridge bike ride for charidee.
Between you me and Kroney we could do a Triathlon.
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:14, Reply)
I reckon if we three turned up to do a Triathlon together
we definitely won't get laughed out of the event.
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:16, Reply)
Couldn't stick running. Can't see the point.
You don't get that horrible gasping exhaustion with swimming.
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:15, Reply)
Plus it's so undignified.
Swimming is far more civilised.
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:18, Reply)
Surely they'd think you were the worlds biggest hairball and try and get you out of the pool with a massive coathanger

(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:21, Reply)
They'd have to skim the pool after he'd been in it
what with all the oil and farm muck lifted off him.
(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:26, Reply)
I don't get these problems in the sea, or rivers and lakes.

(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:27, Reply)
You just don't notice what with all the scum already in them.

(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:31, Reply)
Oh Coventry....

(, Wed 18 Jun 2014, 9:34, Reply)
Last night I cleaned and polished the wifes car
It did not make me fit or even sexier. It made me sweaty and smelly.

I started playing Metro Last Light
