No admin can manage another admin, so when one admins account fucks up there's just one person who can sort it. Except for the 38 days a year he's on holiday.

I had that with Citrix.
The UK part of the global team all got binned one day. They managed our admin accounts. I had to lobby to get promoted to a domain admin to admin the admins after one of our guys fucked his token up.

After the frustrated conversation I've had with global, I'm now apparently a webmaster. Whatever that is. I got a plea to not break anything, so it sounds like fun!
