People who haven't experimented with drugs are always very, very boring.
CF people who don't drink (excepting recovering alcoholics, and they're generally very boring too).

It's a control issue, and indicative of their nature.
As such, I'm not comfortable around people who don't drink.

I once went for a meal where there were 18 people, who got through two bottles of wine between them. Mrs V and I were the only ones drinking, so it thankfully provided me with a regular opportunity to escape to the bar.

One girl held court for 15 minutes on how awful the poverty in Africa is - and she knew, because she'd been there - while pushing her meal around her plate, but not eating it, because she was on a diet.
