when you google it, most of the recipes are stuffed full of meat

what's in it??
the two best ones i've ever had, speaking as a veggie, were roasted red pepper and garlic mushroom lasagne, and butternut squash and goats cheese.

The one she did for us had green beans, sweet peppers, baby sweetcorn, mushrooms and pine nuts, very nice.
