Leave them all as gibbering vegetables as a result of police brutality, shift them over to ATOS for assessment, when they've been through the arguments over being unfit for work, they'll be in their thirties and living under bridge.

Maybe I should've been a bit clearer.
They all become NEETS without any fucking prospects when they leave their former fucking poly's, having finished their degree in something completely fucking worthless anyway. It's a preventative measure.
