I saw an acoustic set from the frontman of The Bluetones a couple of weeks ago.
It was as good as you can imagine.

I can beat that.
The aptly monikered Chris Helme from 'The Seahorses' often plays acoustic sets in York and I have seen one of these.

It was even shitter than you would expect.
