I am waiting in for an electrician. If he's anything like the 'handyman' they sent last time - and the time before, he'll turn up, take a look at the extractor that's fucked (and has been so since before i moved in), take down the details and fuck off. Then I'll hear nothing for a month, I'll chase the landlord and he'll send someone else round to do the same thing after a few weeks.
Rinse and repeat etc.
