I've not touched my wok since I got a le cruset casserole.
My current kitchen dilemma involves a dualit toaster. I'm hitting analysis paralysis.

what's a casserole dish got to do with a wok?

It's a wide shallow one so it doubles as a wok/frying pan etc.
It's like a deep frying pan with small handles and a lid.

woks are thin so you can increase and decrease the temperature quickly

Yer, in fairness I was using my wok for non-wokky stuff as I didn't have a tall sided frying pan.
