Alright dickweeds?
I’m pissed off with looking for property. I’m not asking for much, off street parking, 3 bedrooms, decent heating system (Pref. Combi. boiler) and enough room around it the extend as I see fit, I’m not even that fussed about the finish as I would be putting my own stamp on the joint. So this leads me up to my question, why are you such a spastic?

Alt: Property what do you definitely have to have in any new home you would consider buying?

Altalt: Pete Rock is in town on the 20th I think I should go.

You going anywhere?

Enough outdoor space to have a bbq, shed or basement, two bedrooms.
I might be going to the city center in a minute to meet up with some mates after our singles evening last night so people can pick up cars.

it's never been cheaper to get a mortgage
10 grand worth of mortgage is only about 55 quid a month over 25 years.

One of my mates was getting his bathroom done. He arrived home on a Friday night as the builders were knocking off.
As he entered the house he spotted his only toilet sat unceremoniously on the landing.

A sprint and a heated conversation followed.

(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:19, Reply)
Yeah, don't care about the oven really.
Gas hobs are so much better. I'm on electric here and it's cack. Induction is supposed to be comparable to gas though.
(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:09, Reply)
I had a ceramic hob in the old place it got binned after about a month and a gas one put in
The place I'm going to look at on Tues. has a 7 burner gas hob one massive wok burner in the middle \o/
(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:12, Reply)
wok burner in the middle is double dumb
you can't use any of the surrounding burners at the same time ... we swapped ours for one with the wok burner on the end
(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:26, Reply)
I've not touched my wok since I got a le cruset casserole.
My current kitchen dilemma involves a dualit toaster. I'm hitting analysis paralysis.
(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:31, Reply)
what's a casserole dish got to do with a wok?

(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:35, Reply)
It's a wide shallow one so it doubles as a wok/frying pan etc.
It's like a deep frying pan with small handles and a lid.
(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:40, Reply)
it deffo doesn't
woks are thin so you can increase and decrease the temperature quickly
(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:42, Reply)
POT CHAT

(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:42, Reply)
Yer, in fairness I was using my wok for non-wokky stuff as I didn't have a tall sided frying pan.

I've just found out how much my house is now worth.
There is very serious talks about selling up, maybe go mortgage free so ladypig can work part time, save her eyes.
In answer to your question, it's because I made a bald joke in front of ladypig brother who is receding fairly quickly. He didn't speak to me for the rest of lunch.

Alt: I want a garage and a garden and at least 2 bedrooms.

Altalt: just got tickets for download, Motley Crue are playing, and they were a big band for me when I was younger and this is their last tour as Mick Mars is definitely going to die. Also, Faith no More.
(, Sun 15 Feb 2015, 16:39, Reply)
you don't want to let her go part time ... you want to keep her busy
I come home and mine has been up to Stuff and making Plans
