"alright"
Had a meeting with HR today, apparently there's a team leader role available but I'd have to go through the application process - submit CV, get selected, interviewed etc.
Given that for the past two years I have been entirely consistent in avoiding or outright shirking giving presentations or training junior team members I can't see me interviewing well for it. Nor would I really want to.

I'm sure they feel the same although employment law dictates the have to make you aware of the position. I'm sure they don't want to have to fire you twice.

Good evening, I'm in a cafe on the
river Seine. Drinking a glass of chilled Sancerre, watching the dying rays of the sun flickering playfully through a weeping willow.

I may have exaggerated a little.
I'm actually in a pub with a small pond, drinking a San Miguel enjoying the last bits of sun.
