why do I have so much 3 Doors Down music on my computer, and hence iPod, when I only like one of their songs?

Four different versions of 'Two Little Boys'?
Rolf Harris, Jarvis Cocker, Splodgenessabounds and Kenny Rogers?
Oh yeah, i remember, because I unashamedly shed tears at that song.
I'm a sap.

partial truth, but it's usually only music I like...
Two little boys is a sad song.
what other songs make you sad?
my top 2: Forever Autumn by Justin Hayward and Maggie by Colin Hay

and Tears in Heaven. And quite a lot of John Martyn's stuff. And loads of other stuff I can't remember at the moment.

That though you only like one of their songs you decided to download/upload an album full, on the basis that you might grow to like them. And even though you don't particuarly like them, they don't come up enough on random and they're not bad enough to justify deleting them. That's pretty much the reason I've got a starsailor album on my hardrive EDIT: Songs that make me sad?: Joey by Concrete Blondes, Punchdrunk Lovesick Singalong by Radiohead and This Flight Tonight by Joni Mitchell. Mostly because of memories attached to them to be honest

1. Dire Straits - Brother in Arms
2. Nine Inch Nails - Ripe (with decay)
3. VAST - Flames

hit the nail on the head, except that they come up all the bloody time on random!
I saw Starsailor once on some NME Awards Tour (I went to see Amen and the hot bird from some band whose name escapes me)
they were fucking shite.

1) Harry Nilson - I Can't Live
2) Radiohead - Motion Picture Soundtrack
3) The Clash - Straight to Hell
4) Leonard Cohen - I Can't Forget
5) Bob Dylan - Girl From the North Country
Nobody can defeat my list!

But they did a great cover of Hot Burrito #2... Oh, and I love straight to hell... a very sad song indeed - THough isn't it pretty much a given that a Lenard Cohen song is going to be a little weepy?

I couldn't just put "Leonard Cohen - Discography" so I stuck down my favourite ;)

I still don't know why

..that I have the entirety of the first Wham! album on my computer and absolutely no idea why. It's almost too easy to download things these days.
