It seems quite nice.

Kaol, I may or may not be seeing you this weekend for The Grammar Badger's birthday.
SupremeCrow, I have just replied to your tentative Gareth Keenan claim for £5.
See, I am amongst friends already.

I wander in when I've nothing else to do.
You'll encounter colourful characters, robust discussion and occasional outbreaks of high dudgeon.
I'm by no means a regular visitor but feel fairly comfortable in this place.
I shake your hand but I'll not always be here to shake it.

Both - either - which would you rather be?
It's a sosciable place if you're prepared to be sosciable.
Sociable has BIG limits.
Edit - I can't spell sosciable.
Edit - sociable. I always keep a dictionary beside me. I should inspect it more often.

That I'm sober tonight, I'll take the former.
EDIT: Last orders you fuckers.

That Im a bit drunk, I may loiter for a while and see if anything interesting happens although I doubt it.

I used to be more regular around these parts, but sadly am not these days.
I once met a very interesting, old and drunk barman in a small pub in the middle of nowhere in Ireland. There was also a chinese take-away next door. They really can't have been making that much money.
So anyway, yes, welcome. Have a small flag, and some cheese on a stick.
*proffers*

And then there's nothing stopping them kicking us out.
Anyway, I'm off now. Cheers guys.

Where've you been lately?
Got a social life or something?
( , Tue 17 Mar 2009, 23:15, Reply)

I'm in Barrow tomorrow.
Very briefly, for a funeral.
Train in - Duke - funeral - Duke - train back out.
How are you?

So I'm pretty sure I'm allowed to stay later :P
How are things K?

Where'd the noob go?

Still doing this electric wheelchair system programming thing. We made some decent progress today, but still have quite a lot to do. Woot.
My other projects have also been sadly neglected of late :(
Anything fun happening at work these days? Got to fire anyone?
( , Tue 17 Mar 2009, 23:23, Reply)

Haven't fired anyone.
So, when do I get a test-flight of the new and improved PoD-Tek Rocket Chair?
( , Tue 17 Mar 2009, 23:25, Reply)

Glad to see you're hitting the home town. Maybe not for the nicest of reasons. Im rather well. Im on holiday for the rest of the week so I plan to get up in the afternoon and eat shite for the next few days.
When was the last time you went to the Duke?

I could hook it up to some bigger motors, change some numbers, and maybe send you off up a motorway?
Did you know class three wheelchairs are limited to 8mph on the road, yet are still allowed on dual carriageways? I do, but I don't really want to.
Maybe the next step could be more rocket powered. Hmm...

Just got in from a night out with a friend who I haven't seen since ... erm... last Sunday.
Anyway, I think my b3ta-addiction might just be losing it's grip on me. As soon as I got home, I texted the friend I was with, then went for a piss, and only then did I log into b3ta. Someone please drag me back here!
