If any of you people watch GMTV in the morning
and have just seen the one minute makeover section, or indeed even if you haven't but just feel like pretending you did and acting all indignant, the smug bint presenting it suggested decorating your garden with homemade bunting made from old teatowels.

Does anyone else think that's a good idea?

What the hell?

No
It's a shite idea. It should be relegated to the bin!

It would be a good idea for some folk, but
only if there's some reason that the country decorates things with bunting, like for the Queen's diamond jubilee. And only if you're mental.

I do remember that during the Queen's silver jubilee in 1977 (showing my age here) we had lots of bunting out in the town and my mum tied Union Jacks to the front railings. Don't remember there being such a fuss 25 years later though, but a lot had happened in terms of Scottish nationalism by then.

Fuck me, this is an awfully serious answer to a ridiculous question. I need to get a grip.

Bunting?
Bunting can fuck off.

I would rather
treat my chalfonts with Deep-Heat muscle rub.
