One coat paint doesn't exist
Well, it does so long as you enjoy having a wall slightly lighter than the previous colour.

This sounds like the perfect time to go out and have a beer in the garden.

as is the usual case there was a ten-strong queue of laden shopping trolleys and one person on the till. Couldn't be arsed to wait.
