For God's sake no,
You are not 14.

Rock t-shirts are one thing but rock trainers are naff.

that's precisely the reason
I'm so cool that I can wear things like that and get away with it.

Just because you look like Satan does not mean you look cool.
And whatever vestiges of coolness you may have will immediatley be wiped out wearing those silly trainers.
(, Tue 9 Jun 2009, 9:49, Reply)
hardly
my reservoirs of cool are so deep that a pair of trainers, no matter how silly, can't diminish them.

in fact, by wearing those trainers it means that they become cool ;-)

disclaimer: I neither think, nor care if, I am cool. although someone did literally just ask if I wanted a drink and I said "naa, I'm cool"

You are a little bit cool.
You have a snazzy beard, you surf and play in a band.

That's got to count for somethig

I'm also a horrendous geek though
and a smart-ass
(, Tue 9 Jun 2009, 9:58, Reply)
Does that mean
I can wear my Donnington Monsters of Rock 1991 T-shirt to a bash?
(, Tue 9 Jun 2009, 9:59, Reply)
Yes.

(, Tue 9 Jun 2009, 10:02, Reply)
I'm not sure of your motives there
*gets the fear*
(, Tue 9 Jun 2009, 11:30, Reply)
