How about
electrocution?

Don't know if it helps with speech at all, but the results can be quite entertaining...
(, Thu 11 Jun 2009, 14:15, Reply)
you dumped us here,
you can't correct our language and speech now - after 200 years.
(, Thu 11 Jun 2009, 13:39, Reply)
no, but we can be smug and superiour.

(, Thu 11 Jun 2009, 13:40, Reply)
superior
*smugs*

it's a shame I'm having to do that, because you make a good point

we aren't to blame for what the colonies have done to our beautiful language. you all committed that butchery yourselves.
(, Thu 11 Jun 2009, 13:41, Reply)
And yet you and I and so many others,
rarely bother to use proper grammar, punctuation and spelling on this site.
(, Thu 11 Jun 2009, 13:52, Reply)
I endeavour to use proper grammer
not ending a sentance with a preposition and such.

in the informal context however, I think that punctuation isn't really necessary.
there's no excuse for bad spelling, least of all in this day and age
(, Thu 11 Jun 2009, 13:59, Reply)
mmm...irony
sentance?
(, Thu 11 Jun 2009, 15:10, Reply)

(, Thu 11 Jun 2009, 15:41, Reply)
I agree with this...
...and so does the Mrs normally but there are certain times and situations that just call for a cheesecake and this is one of them.
