browned sausages, removed from pan
soften onions, and lots of garlic
add celery, carrots, round yellow courgette thing, mushrooms and fry for a bit
add tin of chopped tomatos and sausages back to pan, bung in a load of red wine
add beef stock, salt, pepper, half tsp of hot smoked paprika
add a load of lime juice to counteract the heat of the overdose of hot smoked paprika
simmer for about an hour or until it is the appropriate thickness. add tin of sweetcorn.
