What songs are bastards for getting stuck in your head?
For me it has to be Breaking The Law by Judas Priest or Wanted Dead Or Alive by Bon Jovi.
I have no idea why.

That Wembley show was quite simply the best night of 2009 for me.
'Let there be Rock' was fucking awe inspiring. This was helped by the fact that my brother and I (combined age 73) both smuggled in bottles of Jack Daniels. This was both ace and rather sad, I'd say....

I have seen Metallica twice this year though, so I can't complain too much.
I learnt to play Thunderstruck on the guitar years ago from my brother's midi ringtone

in November, and I'm going to ZZ Top soon as well. Never seen Metallica (not quite my scene) but my brother saw them at Wembley and was absolutely blown away by their skills.

by Malcolm McLaren.
That's ok though as it's one of the greatest songs in the world (not to mention the video as it's peedotastic).

quality americana, with just a hint of melancholy and playfulness
Anyone who can pen a track with a chorus that goes... "truck drivers be safe tonight", is a winner in my book!
And it is only a matter of WHEN a huge camera company is gonna snap up and use 'take a camera' in some wild orgy of advertising and subtle brainwashing. superb stuff

Tetris Russian type song in my head. It goes on and on and on.
Probably stems back to my youth, trying to get over 100 lines or whatever it was..

Stuck in my head now.
It was a strange combination of Electric Six's Gay Bar and RATM's Killing In The Name.

crappy top ten things normally - like there's some song about battlefields and getting armour which has been winding me up something chronic for the past few days, then I got some westlife whinge in my head the other day, plus that awful 'we sell any car.com' advert 'tune'.
I wish I got some decent songs stuck there.

and I couldnt stop singing that stupid hollerback song by gwen stafani. The thing is, I dont actually know the words so I would just come up with any old crap, e.g.
"A few times i've been round that track, and i'm not supposed to eat chips with that, I aint no hollerback girl, no I aint no hollerback girl"

But I did sing the fishmen song quite a lot a few months back.
It's probably something by ABBA at the moment.

problem for me of late.
First it was the theme from Captain Scarlet (the one with the electronic voice, which is impossible to find on teh interweb).
Then Magical Trevor.
Oh and last week I had Lady Marmalade playing in my head so intrusively that as I walked past a colleague at work she started singing it.
And now it's still this song whose words, singer and most of the tune are lost... but those six notes keep going round and round in there...
