I reckon a Polar bear is the toughest of all
I know it's the heaviest of land-dwelling carnivores.

I reckon the bear would still win.
If I remember right the killer bees aren't any more venomous than usual, just more aggressive, so if the bear can beat pissed-off normal bees it ought to be able to handle killer bees too.

I've had another idea.
Big Brother's Little Brother mk II: Take the winner of Big Brother, and infect him with a dozen different parasites. Each week the viewers can vote which parasite he's treated for.

24hr live endoscopies would be brilliant.
