what the fuck is it with everyone's Dads today?

Every post (there is perhaps a soupcon of exaggeration here) seems to have an element of Dad in it.

In keeping with this, my dad looks just like Leonard Nimoy. Does/did your dad look like someone from Star Trek or indeed any other US sci-fi series?
