Basically, me and Mr. Tap had a bit of an understanding. If the tap didn't produce enough hot water, I'd shut it off and turn it on again. Sometimes, this improved the flow, and sometimes, it reduced it. I was able to get a decent flow most days, but today, it's given up on me altogether. The cold tap works just fine.

and shower there. Two problems solved in one go! You don't need to fix the shower and you have a reason to go to the gym regularly!

but the gym is four miles from my flat.
In my first flat, I only had a bath, but lived close to the office and they had a shower there which I used.
