Guess the embarrassing secret
At the moment I'm supposed to be working but I've recently developed an addiction to a game that I've been playing almost constantly. This in itself is no big deal - plenty of people get hung up on games...
Guess which one it is or else give us some idea of your embarrassing secret and let us guess the rest.
*EDIT* I'll be back in five minutes or so...once I've played the game a bit more.

I LOVE that game!!
I am debating on getting a PC laptop so I can play dodgy 'tycoon' games again... I dislike my mac for lack of fun things to play on it! :(

If you're just going to play games
a desktop will probably be cheaper,
If you've got space for it and stuff.

That's my issue (well one of many)
I lack the roooooom. Plus if I get a desktop PC it'll have to be in another room and I'll feel all lonely. I like sitting on the sofa using a laptop and watching tv at the same time! :D

aren't there programs that can let you play pc games on a mac?
I'm not sure how good they'll be, but cheaper than getting another laptop.

Oh I'm not sure!?!
Maybe I should investigate! I suppose it would be cheaper than buying a new laptop... I was only going to get a shitty Dell one away though as they are a bit of a bargain.

I used to work for Dell,
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, even if they're cheap

Ah I see, I have been told the same of Sony
I'm not very good with PCs the last one I brought was a Tiny and they went bust the week after I got it! Haha
What is your laptop suggestion?

I get most of my computer stuff from ebuyer,
it's reliable and has a decent returns policy.

I'm gonna flog a laptop I've got, quite high spec for a lappy, in order to fund my "metrosexual coming-out-the-closetness" by buying a mac

DiT has a macbook and he likes it very much but it is gradually dying now. This is another reason for me wanting a new laptop!

Bloody hell, you've got a good memory
or are you stalking me?
Are you hidden inside my laptop?
Now let us guess an embarrassing secret of yours...like the fact that you're really a MAN and not a girl at all! That came as quite a shock when I met you, you know ;)

I have a good memory,
That's one of the least embarrasing secrets I have. There's a whole pile of worse ones.

What's your dodgy secret?
Is it phoning people and *pretending* that it's a wrong number?

I don't know if it's a secret
because five other people bore witness to it last night...
...but it was certainly fucking embarrassing during the music round of The Crown's pub quiz that I was able to recognise and then name a song by Gloria Estefan.

We were allowed to take "snacks" into out GCSE Art exam
so I took a box of pop tarts, and ate them cold.
Embarrassing secret: I love putting _______ up my bum.

I ate a whole carrot for lunch.
I actually prefer them with the skins on. Provided they're well washed.

There's a part of me that thinks they do.
I'm hving a "what to wear" crisis. I think my jewelandnetting hat is a deffo. I might just wear a black dress to go with it.

I wondered why you'd been so quiet today...
...naturally I assumed that you'd managed to sort out your phd proposal and that you'd organised your lesson plans for this semester.
How are the alligators coming along?
NB - I happen to know that upon completing a level Madame Le Poulet likes to seal the exits and let the wild animals roam free on a public killing spree.
She's not all sweetness and light.

This is true
I love that the game designers built in killing sprees - splatters of blood, lions and tigers throwing small children around, eating lovely prey...it's a great game!
I have done some work - I've read four chapters of TTOWH. It's good but I needed some 'light relief'...now back to the baboons.

The virtual ones or the ones in full time education?

I'm not particularly embarrassed, but I don't often admit this.
I'm a huge fan of Metal music, all ranges of it.
But I think that Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax are all pretty average. They've all got a few good songs, but not enough to warrant 20 year careers.
Also (this is usually the dangerous part), Slayer are one of the most boring bands I've ever seen live.

I can enjoy most genres, but the only metal band I can bear....
Is probably Megadeth. And some Metallica. However the really really heavy stuff is just too heavy for me...
