Nah
If I've got an idea for a new beard-design, I use the full moon to rapidly grow my facial hair, and trim my beard accordingly. Saves me from having to wait for it to grow.

I like to go Kojak on my belly, so when I'm lying down, it looks like a large bald guy buried up to his forehead in a pit of hair.

does that stuff actually work?
I'm feeling fit now cause I cycle 5 miles a day mostly uphill

Tai Chi is mostly an internal art.
It teaches you things about balance and relaxation, and being aware of your body. And you also get to practice these principles in a self-defence context too.
IS that uphill ride your commute to work?

I used to live nearby and also cycled to work. Had a commute that resembled three quarters of a camel's back.

I do like a good
Shiraz Voignier.
Voignier is one of two white wine grapes robust enough to stand up to a curry. Pairing it with Shiraz tends to kick ass.
