To register with a GP
I filled out a form and confirmed I'm in their catchment area a week ago Wednesday, all I need to do is drop in after work and before 6 and give them the form.

Have I managed to remember? No.

I have the habit of picking places on catchment-area borders
and I still haven't gotten round to registering in my new place. Last time I registered, it motivated by me needing to get some vaccinations for my trip to Cuba.

Excellent thanks
Went several years ago as part of a work-brigade and spent the mornings picking oranges and the afternoons being given a lecture of some aspect of Cuban society. Evenings were spent experimenting with different ratios of rum to coke in our Rum and Cokes.

I think my GP is in Wales.
However, I won't go to the doctor unless something is actually hanging off me!
