I'm here
For another 20 mins, then I get to hang around weirdos on the Central Line! Woo!
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:13, 2 replies, latest was 17 years ago)
I finish at 5.30 too
so I was right about the proximity to sweaty strangers on the tube bit?
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:15, Reply)
Hazah!
I don't stand next to the sweaty people if I can help it! :S
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:16, Reply)
On the tube you usually can't
they're bloody EVERYWHERE.

I'm 50% psychic
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:17, Reply)
But if you stand down inbetween the seaty bit you can limit the sweaty people
that stand near you, that way you only usually get two tops!!
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:20, Reply)
Do you ever rub yourself up against people you fancy on the tube?
....I don't
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:23, Reply)
I can't say I have done that
I have had a few terrible experiences on the tube with dodgy men being too close and rubbing themselves against me *fears*
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:26, Reply)
Was one of them a bloke in torn jeans
with big ears?
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:27, Reply)
Hahaha
Not to my recollection, was that bloke you perchance? Or someone who rubbed themselves up against you?
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:29, Reply)
It was me
I'll go around the central line repeatedly until I get the opportunity to rub my third leg against your back
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:30, Reply)
My back?
How tall are you?!
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:30, Reply)
Right
Home time!! Bye bye you crazy man!
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:32, Reply)
Hey you!
That Tube is so confusing.
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:15, Reply)
How so?
Its all colour-coded and such like, its not too scary once you use it a few times!! :)
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:16, Reply)
I think she's confused by the trains
How did they get there? Where do they come from? What do they eat and where do they live?
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:18, Reply)
I'm not that stupid
They're part of the dinosaur family.
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:21, Reply)
The answers to all of those questions...
tube mice!
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:22, Reply)
Are they like smarties tubes
but with legs and long tails?
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:23, Reply)
Yes

(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:23, Reply)
Awesome!

(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:24, Reply)
I think it's the direction I worry about.
And it's so fast. I feel like the Country Mouse when I'm there.
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:19, Reply)
You say that
I was too for about a week, I was polite and apologised and was too scared to get on any train which was even half full... but after a week something changes and you turn into a bastard who doesn't give a shit, then you start pushing and shoving with everyone else!!
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:21, Reply)
I just take step-by-step instructions
So maybe a bit of figuring it out for myself is in order!
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:24, Reply)
You just need a tube map
and a stabby umbrella, the rest takes care of itself! :D
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:27, Reply)
You don't need to take one with you
they're on the walls of every station. I don't know my way around london, but if you ask me to go somewhere I'll be able to find it easily on the tube
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:28, Reply)
A good point
But they usually have 1,000 confused people surrounding them so its better to have a portable tiny version rather than queue with the tourists!
(, Mon 26 Oct 2009, 17:30, Reply)
Ahhh.... I felt like that too when I was about 15
but it's quite simple when you get used to it.
